The Regatta Golly Fishing Competition

Sunday 24th July @ 3pm

The competition will take place on the Parnell Bridge . Age groups starting with under 6's , the 6-9's and finally the over 10's , each group will have 20 minutes to catch their Gollies.there will be a medal for everyone who catches a Golly

For anyone who doesn't know what a Golly is - it's a Wicklow crab and to catch one you will need a meaty bone tied to a piece of string. So don't forget to get to the butcher on Saturday.
